Tutorial; DIY jean shorts!

Hey guys!

So I have a tutorial for you. :) DIY distressed jean shorts!

Supplies;

Jeans 

Fabric scissors

Pen

Sewing measuring tape 

Tweezers

First, measure how long you wanted the leg to be, I chose 5 inches, but actually measured out 7 inches so Incase I messed up. Which I did)

Then, cut it! (Depending on how short your cutting, don't cut at an angle. If you want 2" shorts cut at a slight angle. Since I wanted longer shorts, an angle looked weird and that is how I messed up.)

Then fold It over and cut the other leg to match.

Then, take your tweezers and start pulling along the edge to make the white threads show, giving it a distressed look.

Then rub the edges with an emery board to rough it up.

And your done! 

(I had another way to make it look more distressed but it failed. :/ )

And your done! I won't always wear leggings under but I was right then. :P
